Is it correct that Cork don't have a team competing in the lesser competitions associated with the John Doyle Cup i.e. the U-15 Arrabawn Shield and ArraTipp Shield this Saturday in Tipperary?

I believe the fixtures for the Cork U-16's are as follows:

Eugene Carey U-16 Cup Hurling semi-final 15/08/2026 at 12.00 in Kilworth
Cork Red v Galway

Eugene Carey U-16 'B' Cup Hurling semi-final 15/08/2026 at 12.30 in Abbotstown
Cork White v Galway

My guess is that it's a 'B' Cup and one of the Shields because AFAIK Laois have a team in a Shield semi but could be wrong.
