was it a pub named 'House'? or what?House in Limerick has closed down, 60 jobs gone.
That's where the Limerick hurlers went after the All Ireland. Huge one to go.
I was there once for a work party and it was a very impressive spot.

Was a great pub when it was clohessys .The night club downstairs was the sin bin. House tried to make it as the place to be seen with a big cocktail menu and fancey food but limericks not that type of town and it never really took off. except for group parties and work nights it was never busy tbh.yes. used to be the Sin Bin
Peter Clohessy used to have the pub there at ground floor level and the Sin Bin was downstairs.Wait now I'm confused.
House is down on the Quays, was that the Sin Bin? And did Clohessy own it?
I know Clohessys itself was up near Cruises Street. Awful kip

That pub was horrible. They tried to make it a craft beer pub but never took off. As for Peter im sure he ran into difficulties with the tax man and ended up selling his pubs. The one I was in was on Denmark Street, just next to Cruise Street. It was a horrible dump with a very bad odour.
The whole pub thing really went wrong for the Claw. Where is he these days?
