And a sentence or headline should never start with numerals. That won't be the only grammatical laziness that you'll find in modern Irish media outlets.
 
I have been searching the RTE webpages for its coverage of the resignation of black professor Jason Arday from Cambridge University in recent days. It's a story that, quite rightly, has garnered a lot of international coverage, including in other left-wing outlets such as the Guardian and our own IT. Why would our impartial, comprehensive public-service news-gatherer fail to cover it?
