So not only are you having the hassle of taking your rubbish to these cursed machines then you are being hit with extra bin charges on top.

If bin charges are rising because refuse companies don’t make enough money as they can no longer sell old cans and plastic bottles to recyclers.. does that mean that re-turn are making additional income from selling these containers to the recyclers?

Mainly Eastern European gypsies walking onto private properties and starting to go through bins. Would you be arguing that the residents get "better bins" and hire private security?
