I'd say be careful of buying tickets on the black market.
I purchased 4 on Ticket Master, 2 for myself and the wife and 2 for our friends.

Cut by how much? Cut for which cohort of migrants? When do the cuts kick in? Is it just weekly payments or does it include medical card etc? Is there different allowances for single males in tents to families in hotels or own self door accommodation?

The yanks don't have much of a moral high ground in this regard tbf. The scars within the black communities are still felt today after they were used as guinea pigs for vaccines and medicines, along with forced sterilisation and other medical trials.
