3 By The Lee - The Making of Cork hurlers' 3 in-a-row 1976-78 is a new publication written by Martin Ryan and published by Diarmuid Ryan. It tells the story of the great Cork hurling team of the 1976-78 era, the last hurling team to win three successive All-Ireland senior hurling titles.

The book focuses on the factors that created the team, the history of Cork hurling, the club and school structure in the county, as well as many of the personalities who were associated with that great team.

It features interviews with Con Murphy, GAA President in that great 1976-78 period, Frank Murphy, the long-term county board secretary, Dr.Con Murphy, the team's medical advisor, as well as many of the great players who made up the team which achieved this remarkable feat. Cork's new hurling manager Gerald McCarthy is also one of the key players in the rebel treble.
