Cork’s Incredible Camogie Double Equals Hurlers Record

Cork’s sensational win over Galway in Croke Park on Sunday in the 2024 All Ireland Camogie Final ensures Cork remains the most decorated county in Ireland as the Rebel County increases its number of wins to 30.

The win means Cork has the same number of senior intercounty titles in hurling and camogie!

Cork’s intermediate camogie team also beat Kilkenny in their final which means Cork also top the role of honour at that grade with 5 wins (Galway are on 4 and Derry on 3).

When combined together, Cork has won more titles at senior intercounty level in hurling, camogie and football than any other county, reaffirming our status as the top sporting county in Ireland.

The homecoming for both Senior and Intermediate teams kicks off at 5.30pm this evening at Castle Road in Blackrock with the teams expected to arrive about 6.30pm. Keep an eye on their socials for more details:
