A Chinese take-away in Ballinlough is the new mecca for Cork men feeling off form.
Locals are convinced that dishes such as the beef, green peppers and black bean sauce from the Ballinlough Road outlet can reduce symptoms like snuffles, sneezing and the couldnt-be-bothereds and in some cases appear to totally cure the dreaded man flu.
It is unknown whether the level of spice in the food is a contributory factor but it is sure to provide a good reason for men experiencing man-flu to convince their old dolls that they should definitely order a big super sized slap-up meal from the Chinese.
