When a Corkonian passes the corpse of the Capitol Cinema on Grand Parade he or she will have a batch of memories that may come flooding back. Like a man hung and left to rot in the eye of the public as a reminder the Capitol has been lying derelict since its death on December 1st last year.
This is a reminder that if a business is not hugely profitable the apartment and retail developers'
