What would you change about 2005 in Cork if you had a time machine?
Cork 2006
It would have been nice to have had a test year to have a go at being the European Capital of Culture and then do it all again without the cock ups. If the Cork 2005 committee had the use of a time machine they could have made better use of their time and the twinchy budget handed to them by the Irish Government.
