to American Blues group The Rude Mood on Friday 21st (tickets €10.00),
the band are on their European tour and play a thrilling mix of Blues and Rock

not to be missed.( €10.00).
The Town Square will be the centre of attention on both Saturday and Sunday
with Food and Crafts markets running both days and on Sunday the Square will
reverberate with a Traditional Ceili Mor and then The Macroom Town Rats

In recognition of Macroom being the hometown to the legendary Mountain Dew
Festival which brought live rock music to these shores in the late 70s and
early 80s we are mounting a commemorative exhibition in the Festival Office
which is bound to jog the memory of many a rocker.
The Macroom Ensemble present their production of the hilarious play Two set

There will be free live music in many of the festival bars and we would like
to thank our sponsors, Bavaria Beer and An Realt Dearg Cork as well the supporting
Festival Bars and the many Friends of the festival who have contributed and
helped in getting the festival off the ground.
