After the success of Cork’s festivals at Lissard in Skibb, Indiependence in Mitchelstown and Murphy’s mini-festival at the old brewery on South Main Street you might think a musical ceasefire was in order to give Cork bands a chance to at least tune their guitars and drum skins.
This is the Rebel county though – our lust for live music is relentless. Lamp the selection of great gigs happening this month around town:
