Titanic in Reverse

A remake of the tragic and soppy movie Titanic is to be produced in Cork. As a nod to the austere times we live in the film will not require new actors or a fresh set to be built.

It has also been decided that neither Leonardo DiCaprio’s forehead nor Kate Winslett’s hooters have to do any further work as the movie will simply be reversed and copied to DVD.

Kate gets hooked nicely in the reversed version of Titanic

This entirely transforms the Titanic movie into an uplifting story about a madly in love young couple who are rescued by a giant submarine in the North Atlantic.

As if this wasn’t euphoric enough, the vessel then sets sail for Cork, of all places, where Kate and Leo end up having ‘words’ in the Arcadia and going their separate ways – both falling properly in love with Corkonians....whose children grow up and become famous hurlers.

So as they say, watch this space - in case somebody builds an "interpretive centre" on it.
