Wheelchair at the Bridewell

There are somethings that are better left unexplained....like this wheelchair we spotted on Cornmarket Street right outside the Bridewell law shop.

It's tied to the rack with a regular bike lock and has a child's toy bound to it with an elastic chord.



An art piece reflecting the abandonment of children with disabilities by the state? 

Someone who had to dip into the Bridewell to check progress on their compo-claim?

Undercover cops investigating hash smoking sufferers of debilitating diseases?
