The people of Mexico are responsible for many wonders, none more so than the food they cultivated. Corn, beans, tomatoes, limes, vanilla & chocolate all have their origin in the Aztec Empir, now modern day Mexico. 

The cuisine of Mexico is a rich blend of Indian and Spanish with French and Italian influences. But it is always colourful, full of texture, contrasts and uniquely Mexican. Café Mexicana specialises in serving Mexican style meat, chicken, fish, and vegetarian dishes.
