Daithí is an Irish multi-instrumentalist producer known for blending organic sounds, rich electronic textures, and his signature fiddle into vivid, emotionally charged music. His breakout track Mary Keane’s Introduction and acclaimed album L.O.S.S. established him as a powerful voice in Irish electronica, earning a Choice Music Prize nomination and a reputation for captivating live shows.
After a two-year solo hiatus, Daithí returns in 2025 with Valentine—a lush, Italo Disco-inspired single born from a month spent exploring Japan’s intimate record bars—and Ferry2Aran, a sweeping ode to transformative travel. Both tracks tease a new album arriving later this year.
Daithí also composes for film, with his Lakelands score earning an IFTA nomination, and Christy—directed by Brendan Canty—winning the Grand Prix at Berlinale 2024.
His dynamic live show features live drums from collaborator Alex Ridley, synthesizers, drum machines, and a fiddle, alongside special guests on vocals — The show is an immersive blend of rhythm and melody that elevates the dancefloor into something cinematic.
