Bígí linn i gcomhair Féile Gobnait sa Mhuileann i mBailebhúirne agus chun éisteacht le Ger agus a cáirde gaoíl Richard Lucey ar bosca ecoil agus Paul Frost ar an dord. Á sheoladh ag an ócáid deas seo beidh amhrán nua-cumtha aige Ger in ómós Naomh Gobnait. Craic agus spraoí gealta, ná caill an seans seo an triúr a chloisint le chéile. Join Ger with his musical comrades Paul Frost on double bass and tunes from button accordeon afficianado Richard Lucey for a very special night of music. The trio have often shared the same stage and previously toured Ger’s ‘Fréamh;Root’ album tour in 2011. Expect songs like ‘The Curra Road’, ‘The Lark of Mayfield’ and cúpla amhráin i ngaoluinn ,among them a newly composed song in honour of the local patron Saint Gobnait and some local songs from Ger’s forthcoming (and 10th !) album’ Songs from Freeman’s Bailebhuirne collection’ For more information on the festival search for Féile Gobnait 2025 ttps://muscrai.org/feile-ghobnatan-ag-teannadh-linn/
