The Embodied Archetypes Goddess Brigid workshop is now in its Seventh year. It draws upon the wisdom and strength of the Celtic Goddess Brigid: A goddess of healing, fertility, poetry, the waterways and an overseer of the alchemical arts. This workshop includes physical and vocal warm ups, movement, dance, singing, poetry, imaginative exercises to explore the qualities of Brigid. There will be a sacred lamenting ritual inspired by the ancient art of keening and techniques taught to calm the nervous system. As well as space to journal, share and reflect in confidence. The workshop can support personal growth in all aspects of life: Be that to help release blocked energy and trapped emotions, help you find power in your body, voice and life’s purpose, it can also regain focus in life to help you achieve your goals, speak your truth and let go of habits that no longer serve you.
