To mark the release of his fourteenth studio album, Jinx Lennon plays Winthrop Avenue with special guests, Wasps vs Humans; combining their brand of Punk Antifolk Music, Beats and Noise.
Jinx has been at the periphery of the Irish music scene since the mid eighties playing in Novena Babes, Silver Seeds, Sneaky Pete and The Ostrich before going solo in 1999. Described as ''Ireland's Premier punk poet'', he writes about his own head wrecks, the local oddballs, the drama and the characters of Dundalk border existence and beyond.
A busy year in 2024; with two Irish tours under his belt, two nights at Glastonbury, a performance on the East European fishing ship 'Ms Stubnitz' in Hamburg, Electric Picnic and a stint in Glasgow, Jinx is ready to hit 2025 with his new album 'The Hate Agents Leer At The Last Isle Of Hope' releasing in
