The stellar line-up, which would not look out of place in Nashville, includes “the wee man from Drumlish”, Declan Nerney, and his catalogue of hits like ‘Stop the World’, ‘The 3 Way Love Affair’ and ‘Where’s the Party?’. Legend number 2 is “the gentle giant of country”, Mick Flavin, who is also from Co. Longford and who is celebrating 50 years in the music industry performing his hit songs ‘The Old Schoolyard’, ‘Back Home to My Donegal’ and ‘I Love Ireland’. “The prince of country”, all the way from Crohan in Co.
