There is a large population of Spaniards living in Cork and the city has a long standing tradition of hosting large numbers of teenage students every summer who attend English classes.
We took the traditional, bucking Spanish bull and thought about who might be able to provide enough steel to put the wild animal in his place: it just had to be footballing legend Roy Keane.
