Cyclists

Yes because the van driver already suddenly braked in front of him and then uses his van to try cut him off. The van driver is clearly unstable and shouldn't be driving with those anger issues.

Do you think the cyclist should be out on the road with his obvious anger issues? Shouting abuse at the top of your voice at passing motorists, recording it, and subsequently broadcasting it, aren't the actions of someone who's mentally stable. It might even constitute assault - it certainly triggered a situation that the cyclist then.. erm... tried to backpedal from at a rate of knots

Yet again a video has to be explained to you.
The cyclist responded to the van driver shouting at him first as he passes.
He recorded it because no different to a car using dashcam, it protects them in case of accident/claim
He broadcast it because he got no appropriate response from the Met.
None of the above actions of mentally unstable person.
Does telling some fuck off after being abused first constitute obvious anger issues?
Of course he tried to flee the mental motorist, you know the one using a motorised vehicle to hit him.
Another school day for Sound_y, only for the PROC you would have zero education.
