Friend of mine had to call to revenue in Blackpool recently re a letter they sent saying he owed money,
Turns out it was an issue between dept of social welfare and revenue, They told him to contact social protection to get a statement
and call back to them, He asked why revenue could not do this? She said no this is the way it has to be done,
Crazy to think the two departments are not linked,
